We had a boss time! The staff were sound, especially Danny at reception, making us feel right at home. Loved the pool area and the evening entertainment! One letdown was that the food could've been a bit more varied at times, but overall, it was dead good!

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the area, with just a short 500-meter walk to the incredible Siam Park and only 400 meters from the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas. I loved taking leisurely strolls along the promenade, soaking in the atmosphere and enjoying park views nearby.

Hotel built on a hill. many rooms lack direct sunlight on the balcony. The pool area is slippery, and there are missing tiles in the shallow end. The food selection lacked variety and quality at the bar, with limited spirits available and cocktails costing between €6 to €8. Limited opening hours for the SPA and issues with the elevator key continuously being disabled were frustrating.

Coral ocean view has fantastic ocean views and a great location, with everything from beaches to shops within walking distance. the food was good, and the staff were brilliant. we loved our standard junior suite for the comfort it provided.

great stay with minor hiccup
The modern decor of the Standard Junior Suite was impressive and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Dining at the all-inclusive restaurant offered one of the best varieties of food I’ve had, especially the fresh seafood options. The proximity to shops and the beach made exploring easy and enjoyable, especially with a lovely city view from our terrace.
One staff member was not as friendly as the rest, which slightly tainted the overall experience.
